Daan Spijer - Staging

Daan graduated in law from University of Melbourne in 1971. He was involved in community law from the start and had a knack for finding solutions that led to settlement of disputes.

Daan has also trained in psychotherapy and practised as a therapist for 15 years.
Daan completed his mediation training in 2013 with Bond University and the Leo Cussen Institute in Melbourne and more recently trained with the Resolution Institute. He is a nationally accredited.

Daan also has a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution, completed with Relationships Australia Victoria. He is a nationally accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) with the federal Attorney-General’s Department.
Daan is available for private mediation (business, neighbourhood, workplace, etc.) and family dispute resolution (for parenting and property issues) anywhere around Melbourne and regional Victoria, and especially on and near the Mornington Peninsula. Online mediation via Zoom is a viable option.
