Guys, are things not quite right? Sometimes there’s so much going on in our head to know where to begin. Often, this overwhelm can lead to anxieties, diminished self-worth or addiction. I know from lived experience how harrowing this can be. Reaching out for help can be daunting and confronting, and talking with friends or family often feels impossible and too close to home. Don’t let your thoughts and feelings take a back seat by dismissing and ignoring them. Left unaddressed, this can considerably influence your mental wellbeing by clouding over a sense of hope, a brighter future & the best version of you. So what’s the next step?
I’ve focused my lived experience with men’s mental health, addiction and grief & loss into my counselling practice. In a space where you are validated and listened to, free from judgement, we can explore what is happening in your life and work together to set goals.
